- What file should I send?
- Whatever you have got. Vector such as .ai, .eps, .svg or .pdf is best, but a decent quality PNG or JPEG usually works fine.
- Do I pay for digitising every time?
- No. It is a one off per logo. After that the file is on record and your repeat orders just run.
- My logo is very detailed, will it work?
- Sometimes it needs simplifying at small sizes. We will tell you straight and suggest the smallest changes that keep it recognisable.
- Do I own the stitch file?
- It is your logo, so yes. Ask and we will send it over.
